Bedroom/Baths
:
Master Bedroom, second floor - queen size bed, private bath
and tub with shower plus additional sleeping area with full trundle bed in
loft above bedroom. Guest Bedroom, second floor – queen size bed, private
bath with tub and shower. First Floor Bedroom - two twin beds, bath with
two-person whirlpool tub across the hall. Family Room, lower level - queen
size sofa bed, private bath with two-person shower, and a 4 person sauna.

:
There is a floor to ceiling fieldstone fireplace
in the living room. Firewood is provided outside the front door. Contact the
receptionist if the supply is low. There are two color TV's, two VCR's and
two stereo systems plus a wrap-around wet bar in the family room.

Kitchen
:
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher,
coffee maker, etc., etc. The washer and dryer are located in the laundry
room on the lower level.

| Resort Recreation
:
Indoor swimming pool and sauna plus the first heated
year-round out door swimming pool at any resort in Vermont. Giant hot tub
and health spa. Minutes from downhill skiing at Killington , Okemo, and Bear
Creek. Shuttle service is available in peak ski season. Also minutes from
numerous championship golf courses. Boating, fishing and swimming on Lake
Amherst or any of the other three lakes along the Black River. Boats are
available at the resort marina on Lake Amherst or bring your own boat. Also
included is a swimming pond with beach and fishing, tennis, horseback
riding, sleigh rides, bicycles, cross-country skiing, nature preserve,
hiking trails, nature walks, croquet, bocci, evening lawn concerts,
children's programs, etc., etc. Plus several nearby live theaters. All you
have to do is pick the right season, or come again.

FYI
General Information:
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am, unless prior arrangements
have been confirmed. Sorry no pets.
The maximum occupancy for our home is ten persons, including children.
Resort highlights are summarized in our "guest" book, which is in our home
for your convenience. Specific operating instructions for appliances and
systems within the house are also summarized in our book or are posted in
the area. Please review this information upon arrival. All linens including
towels are provided for your convenience.
Arrival:
Upon arrival at Hawk, check-in at the Reception Center. The
receptionist will provide you with keys, vehicle I.D. tags and directions to
the house and will answer any questions concerning resort services and use
fees. Recreation passes are available at reduced rates. If you arrive after
11 pm, use the phone outside the Center to contact security. Our house
outside walkway lights will be turned "ON" awaiting your arrival.
