FRANCHISE INVESTMENTS

Initial Franchise Fee

The franchise fee provides you with 3 weeks of training at our location. During the training period you will learn the art of creating unique arrangements. Instruction will also include the "how-to's" of order taking, purchasing of supplies, delivery system organization and hiring of personnel, as well as the "do's and dont's" of advertising and much more that comes from our many years of experience. After your location opens, you will be assisted with our continuous support.

Initial Investment

This fee will be used for Lease Deposits, Leasehold Improvements, Equipment, Permits and Licenses, Signs, Prepaid Insurance Premium, Initial Inventory, Grand Opening Advertising, Living expenses during training period, brochures, deposits on delivery vehicles, and working capital for items such as rent, payroll, supplies, and computer equipment.
